One&Only Adds Two Luxury Hotels in Greece

Luxury brand One&Only is expanding its portfolio of luxury properties to include two new resorts in Greece in 2022, perfect for those travelers seeking trips for next summer and beyond. Greece is HOT for this year and next alike, as it was one of the earliest European nations to announce reopening to American travelers.
These properties promise both luxury experiences and the strong sense of place that the brand is known for, as well as the ultimate combination – the ability to visit both Athens (a general must for first-time travelers, and a common entry point from the US) as well as an island destination.
The two properties will make an ideal pairing: Aesthesis is located on the Athenian Riviera, while the other location is on Kea Island – the closest Cycladic Island to Athens.
What to Expect
Both properties are scheduled to open in 2022, which means they are ideal for travelers looking ahead to next summer’s plans. Aesthesis boasts modern yet elegant Greek style where city meets waterfront resort, and Kea offers expansive sea views and a beautiful beach that is naturally sheltered from the Aegean winds. As with every One&Only, entertainment is at the heart of the experience – with food destined to be a prominent part of these Greek locations. Of course, our travelers will also get value-added amenities like complimentary breakfast, priority upgrades, and likely special experience credits as well.
Aesthesis: Luxury on the Athenian Riviera
Aesthesis is located on more than 1600 yards of seafront. It’s a combination beachfront estate also a private forest reserve, where guests and residents will bask in sun-drenched luxury. It’s also an anticipated romantic escape – most of the accommodations are secluded villas with private pools, perfect for couples and privacy-seekers alike.
True to the brand’s reputation, there will be both programming for families with children as well as space preserved solely for adults. A Chenot Spa (a Swiss brand known for its lux and inspired treatments) will also be a highlight.
The Kéa Island location will offer 75 villas and private homes. Guests will arrive via private luxury yacht, setting the scene for a location optimal to lounge, socialize and play.
When to Visit
While summer is high season in Greece, spring and fall weather is most pleasant, with a high likelihood of constant sunshine. Crowds are also less dense at this time of year, with fewer tourists visiting the area than in the summer. If you choose to visit during the winter months, expect chilly but relatively mild weather in this Mediterranean location.
