How to get started

New clients begin with an inquiry form or phone call to discuss your trip needs, budget, and other necessary details.

We’ll respond promptly, offering a time for a complimentary phone, video, or email consultation. We’re based just outside of Washington, DC, but have clients worldwide. We are happy to accommodate your preferred time zone and schedule. Regardless of ongoing fee status, an initial ‘fit’ call is always complimentary.
We disclose all fees, and deposit/cancellation policies upfront, and you’ll receive full documentation of every booking in an online folio. We make all bookings on your behalf directly with hotels, airlines, cruises and other vendors. See our service catalog below for more detail on ways we can work together.
This includes a custom itinerary for each trip, in an easy-to-read format available via .PDF, web-accessible link, and private app, updated in real-time throughout your travel.
We offer additional concierge services such as tours, restaurant and spa reservations, and even onsite concierge services for large events.
We’ll be in touch prior to departure to ensure your VIP status, as well as to check in on any last-minute requests.
